How we build a lesson
Separate observation from inference. Define the unit and denominator. Consider a plausible alternative. Choose the narrowest justified action. State what would change your mind.

Material is prepared by the Antifrog team using primary sources. Source links and review dates appear with lessons and investigations. Teaching scenarios and all transaction records are synthetic. An exercise is not professional advice, accreditation or a claim of product effectiveness.
Your work stays with you
Progress and notes stay in browser storage. There is no account, cross-device synchronisation or site-installed analytics. Export a backup from My Desk. Clearing browser data removes local records. Hosting services may process requests under their own policies.
